wellinghallTo the hospital this afternoon, for more work on my eyes.
They are going to use a laser to seal up the leak in my left eye. Yes, that's right, someone is going to go into my eye with a sharp, pointy beam of light. And you know how I feel about sharp pointy things :-(

Date: 2007-09-11 01:07 pm (UTC)I'm not sure 'brave' is a good description of me, my main motivation was the fact I didn't want to have 6 mile walk and a long wait in the hospital on Christmas Eve. I was paranoid that I'd get some dreadful infection where I'd removed them, over Christmas and end up having to go back anyway. Fortunately I didn't :-)
