Bottom of my Christmas card list at the moment are:
- our investment managers
- our admin company
- head office
- staff at my credit card provider.

They vie with one another for inefficiency, uselessness and incompetence.

Creatrix has supplied me with tea and whisky. This is good. Still feel incredibly tense, though.

ETA:
- eBay sellers who mis-describe things
- eBayers who don't leave feedback!
