Saw it online on Thursday evening. Rang up on Friday morning. Viewed it Friday afternoon. Rang up on Saturday morning to arrange a second viewing, to be told that an offer had been made. Made an offer ourselves. By Saturday afternoon, had upped the offer, and had it accepted. Wooh-hooh!

And, you are, of course, correct. The offer is subject to survery and contract, and to the vendors being able to find a house they want to buy. So there is, in actuality, quite a long way to go. But hey, it's a start! ;-)
