That reminded me of a picture that a friend showed me from his dragster magazine, must be 35 years ago now. There was a picture of a dragster blasting down a track with a fireball around the engine and a small, dark blur towards the top of the picture. The blur was, apparently, one of the cylinder heads from the engine thta had been blown a good 10 metres into the air.
