I have 8 keys, although 1 of those is for a defunct lock (security lock for the building that has been replaced).
Extras: the remote dowhichy for my car, which actually locks & unlocks the doors and trunk and can set off the alarm. I suppose it could be called a "key", but it doesn't turn on the ignition, so I treat it as an "extra". Then I have a metal tag that has a Bible verse on it (Jeremiah 29:11).
It's actually a dual ring, with the car keys being detachable.
As an aside, in our family, we call the detachable type key rings a "Marley". Because my mother would have lots of things on both rings, and sometimes even added a third to them. The reference is of course to Jacob Marley's chain in A Christmas Carol.
